Yields Up on Treasury Notes: Yields on three-year notes rose in Tuesday’s auction to the highest level in 15 months. The average yield was 4.83%, up from 4.44% at the last auction Nov. 9. It was the highest rate since three-year notes sold for 5.17% on Nov. 9, 1992. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 4.75%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,977.90. A total of $17.11 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $45.6 billion.
