Council OKs Hotel Sale
The Los Angeles City Council has approved the sale of the Sheraton San Pedro to Singapore-based CP/Forward in the hope of keeping the struggling 230-room hotel from closing.
The $11.8-million sale was finalized with the help of the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency, which paved the way for the 10-story hotel to be built three years ago.
