Ventura Firm Completes Car Finish Infomercial

Infomercials are alive in Ventura County.

A new Ventura firm, Alternative Marketing & Media Inc., has just completed a 30-minute program on behalf of a car finish, Blue Coral’s Autofom II.

The show, featuring actor Dennis Weaver, will be seen on nearly 200 television stations, according to Alternative Marketing’s president, Jim Warren. “We shot part of it on a ranch in Agoura Hills,” he said. “Dennis introduces people who have used the product.”

Before forming the company, Warren was a principal in an Oxnard infomercial producer, California Production Group.
