Nostalgia Network Stake Sold: Tiger Communications Co., a group headed by Los Angeles lawyer Terry Christensen, said it has sold for $11.5 million its 5.3 million shares of Nostalgia Network, a relatively obscure cable network, to a group linked to the Rev. Sun Myung Moon. Concept Communications is also acquiring warrants to buy another 365,000 Nostalgia shares. Concept has also agreed to invest $2 million in Nostalgia. Concept, which already owned about 32% of Nostalgia, will own about 59% of the company’s voting stock after the deal.
