Cimco Inc.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of plastic components for commercial, industrial and medical markets said it lost $439,000, or 15 cents a share, for its third fiscal quarter ended Jan. 31, contrasted with a profit of $93,000, or 3 cents a share, a year ago. Sales declined to $16.9 million from $17.3 million. For the first nine months of fiscal 1994, the company reported a net loss of $305,000, or 10 cents a share, compared to a profit of $742,000, or 25 cents a share, for the corresponding year-earlier period. Year-to-date sales dropped to $54.8 million from $55.2 million.
