Plunge to Death Deemed a Suicide
COSTA MESA —
An Irvine man whose body was found near John Wayne Airport had jumped from a parking structure there to his death, officials said Wednesday.
An investigation completed Wednesday confirmed that the death was by suicide. The body was was found about 2 p.m. Tuesday, and the man had been dead for several hours, officials said.
Initially, authorities did not know whether the injuries were from a fall or an assault.
