Ventura police are looking for a teen-ager who stabbed an 18-year-old Domino’s Pizza employee at the restaurant on East Thompson Boulevard, officers said.

Jeffrey Savaglio was working at Domino’s Friday night when a youth, described as a 15- to 17-year-old white male with brown hair, and several of his friends entered the restaurant and confronted Savaglio about a recent arrest of one of their friends, Officer Kelly Dean said.

A fight broke out, and Savaglio was stabbed in the abdomen, Dean said. The assailants fled before officers arrived.

Savaglio was taken to Community Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released Friday night, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Savaglio told Ventura police officers that he did not know the youth who attacked him, but could identify him. He told officers the teen-ager drove away in a late-model white car.
