Cybernetics Products Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of circuit board machinery, computerized control systems and camera equipment reported a 1993 net loss of $1.3 million, or 43 cents a share, which included $900,000 in restructuring costs related to the relocation of operations from New Jersey to California and refinancing of the company’s debt. The company’s net loss for 1992 was $483,908, or 12 cents a share. Sales increased 72%, to $14.1 million from $8.2 million, due primarily to an acquisition in July. For the fourth quarter, a net loss of $211,795, or 9 cents a share, was recorded on revenue of $5.3 million. That compares to a net loss of $376,562, or 10 cents a share, on sales of $2.5 million for 1992.
