Regency Health Services: Shareholders of Regency Health Services and Care Enterprises approved the previously announced merger of the two Orange County-based health care companies. Beginning today, shares of the combined company--with anticipated annual revenue in excess of $360 million--will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “RHS.” Regency’s corporate headquarters will be relocated from Newport Beach to Tustin.
