2 Forums Scheduled on Torrance Budget Cuts
The Torrance City Council will hold two community forums to hear public opinion about proposed budget cuts to city departments, including the Parks and Recreation Department, the library and the sanitation district.
The first forum will be at 7 p.m. Monday in the General Aviation Center community meeting room at 3301 Airport Drive. The second will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the North High School cafeteria, 3620 W. 182nd St.
