Anna Kay Friesen will be among 100 arts advocates from throughout the state--the only one from Orange County--attending Arts Day at the state Capitol on Wednesday, urging legislators to fund the California Arts Council. Friesen is on the Allied Arts Board of Huntington Beach, which advises the City Council on arts issues.
