FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa maker of document imaging systems reported a profit of $2.4 million, or 20 cents a share, for the three months ended April 3, compared to $237,000, or 2 cents a share, for last year’s fiscal first quarter. Revenue was $38.8 million, an increase of 12% over the prior year’s $34.7 million.
