40% Chance of Rain, 10- to 20-M.P.H. Winds
The National Weather Service predicted a 40% chance of rain in Orange County early today.
Forecasters said that a storm that originated in Alaska last week and swept down the Pacific Coast might drop up to a 10th of an inch of rain and cause 10- to 20-m.p.h. winds. Temperatures may drop to the mid-60s through Monday.
Cloudiness is expected all day today.
