The Rev. Laura K. Hall will be installed as pastor of Christ Lutheran Church in Orange at 2 p.m. Sunday during ceremonies led by Pastor Murray Finck, assistant minister to the Synod Bishop. Hall is a 1993 graduate of Wartburg Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa.
