Boyz II Who? Does anybody remember Boyz II Men now that the local group All-4-One is cranking out romantic R&B; vocal hits and overshadowing the entire genre? All-4-One has a second huge single--that’s two out of two in their short career--with “I Swear,” which is No. 2 on The Times’ Southern California pop singles chart and No. 1 nationally. The quartet’s debut album, “All-4-One,” is also climbing the regional chart, at No. 11. South Central Cartel made a splashy chart debut with its album, “ ‘N Gatz We Truss,” topping the rap chart and entering the pop chart at No. 15.
