The younger brother of a man accused of killing 14 women surrendered here, two days after a warrant was issued for his arrest in the alleged molestation of a teen-age girl, authorities said Sunday.

Donald Edward Suff, 38, surrendered to San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies outside his mother’s house in this mountain resort town Saturday morning, dispatcher Joanna Shurzinske said.

Suff was in custody at the Riverside County jail on a $1-million bail arrest warrant, said Riverside police Sgt. Al Brown.

Prosecutors say Suff molested a 13-year-old girl on at least two occasions. Authorities also alleged that Suff failed to register as a sex offender. Court records show he was arrested for lewd and lascivious conduct in 1982 and was convicted of rape in 1982 and sexual battery in 1986.

His elder brother, William, was arrested in 1992 and charged with killing 14 women.
