Howling Through the Ages

A werewolf gave its first screen howl way back in 1935 in Universal Pictures’ “Werewolf of London,” which starred Henry Hull as a scientist-turned-wolf who terrorizes London. During the next six decades, no fewer than 40 movies featuring werewolves have been produced, plus two television series:
