NORWALK-LA MIRADA : School Board Vacancy Filled by Appointment
The Norwalk-La Mirada school board has appointed La Mirada resident David Cosper, a PTA president and manager of a Santa Fe Springs company, to replace school board member Jesse M. Luera, who was elected to the Norwalk City Council.
Cosper, 42, will serve on the seven-member school board until November, 1995, when the next election is scheduled. He said he plans to run for the seat.
