Body Found in Car; Homicide Suspected
Police are investigating the suspected homicide of an unidentified woman whose body was found inside a parked car at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday.
The body was discovered by an officer who was investigating the car parked in the area of Westmont Drive and Euclid Street, Lt. Steve Brace said in a prepared statement.
Brace said homicide detectives and the Orange County coroner’s office responded to the scene and the car was taken to the sheriff’s crime lab for examination.
By Tuesday night the cause of the woman’s death had not been determined, he said, and the woman had not been positively identified.
