The Fullerton Hofbrau is offering an interesting twist on the wine dinner this Sunday, with dishes prepared to accompany its own micro-brewed beers.

Chef Horst Voelsing will prepare Scottish smoked salmon with a creamed horseradish sauce, served with a summer brew, Hefe-Weizen. Following is a pork tenderloin brushed with a beer mustard sauce and green peppercorns, accompanied by Earl’s Ale.

Dinner begins with appetizers at 5:30. The price, $38 a person, includes tax and tip. Reservations are recommended.
