Chicago to Spain: No, really, you shouldn’t have. In appreciation for making it feel at home during the World Cup’s first round, the Spanish soccer team presented engraved sterling trays to administrators of the Bloomingdale village and Indian Lakes Resort, which housed the Spanish team.

For its second-round game, Spain moved to Washington, D.C.

Word is Spain has not yet picked out its gift for the nation’s capital.
