AMC Entertainment Restructuring: The Kansas City-based chain of movie theaters said it will merge its central division office in Kansas City with its other three divisions to cut costs, but it will keep its division offices in Los Angeles, Florida and New Jersey. The company did not say how many jobs will be affected. AMC operates 1,620 screens in 238 theaters nationwide.
