Music: The legal hurdles to a new Eagles album have apparently been scaled, with only the signing of the paperwork remaining. Sources said details were worked out within the past few days, clearing the way for the September release of an album that will be largely based on recordings the newly reunited group made earlier this year for an MTV program. The album will be released by Geffen Records. The deal will also resolve a dispute between group co-founder Don Henley and Geffen, and another dispute involving group co-founder Glenn Frey and MCA Records. The group will reportedly receive a very generous $10-million advance against sales.
