SAN CLEMENTE : Vaccination Clinic Today for Children
A free immunization clinic for children will be held today at Las Palmas School.
The clinic, sponsored by the Orange County Health Care Agency, runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the school, 1101 Calle Puente.
Immunization shots for diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis or whooping cough (DTP), polio, Hib meningitis and hepatitis B will be available for children age 2 months, 4 months or 6 months.
Immunization for measles, mumps and rubella (German measles) will be available for 1-year-olds.
In addition, there will be DTP and Hib meningitis shots for 15-month-olds; DTP, polio, measles, mumps and rubella inoculations for children aged 4 through 6, and tetanus booster shots for those 14 through 16.
