Grammer to Star in NBC Movie Drama

NBC is turning to Kelsey Grammer, the star of its highest-rated new series of last season, to kick off this season’s “Sunday Night at the Movies.”
Grammer, who has the lead role in “Frasier,” will be seen in the Sept. 25 TV movie “The Innocent,” playing a police officer who has lost his son and must deal with another young boy who is a key witness to a murder.
