Mail Call Thanks

* So much has been written and said about the poor service quality of the United States Postal Service lately, I’m sure they will appreciate kudos when they do something above and beyond the call of duty.

I have been eagerly awaiting a certified letter . . . running out every day when the mail carrier came to see if my letter was there. No luck. The carrier took my phone number and said she would call when the letter came in; early one recent morning she gave me the good news! Now that is service! Maybe all we need to do is ask to get better service!
