A 14-year-old Lancaster boy tumbled 50 feet to his death Saturday after he lost his footing on a hillside near the California Aqueduct, authorities said.
The victim, his 14-year-old cousin and his 16-year-old brother were hiking near 180th Street West and Lancaster Road just before 3 p.m. when the boy fell down a cliff, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Daniel Castillo.
