Holmes & Narver Inc.: The engineering and construction firm will design 200 gas stations for Union Oil Co. of California, the company said Monday.

The new stations--some will be renovated--are in California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii and will be completed in two years, officials said. The gas stations will offer fast food, groceries, other retail products and car washes. The value of the contract was not disclosed.
