Salvador Mateo Estrada, 23, a transient, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of raping a mentally impaired 17-year-old girl, according to Lt. Dan Martini. Estrada, who gave his occupation as laborer, was being held at County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Laguna Hills attorney William Scott Ayers, 44, was arrested at his office Wednesday, on suspicion of sexually fondling a 12-year-old girl, Martini said. He was being held at County Jail on $150,000 bond.

On Tuesday, investigators arrested an Alta Loma retiree, 65-year-old Leroy Palmer Silks, on suspicion of sexually fondling at least two girls, ages 8 and 9, at Dana Crest Park in Dana Point, Martini said. Silks, who had been visiting his daughter in the area since January, was being held at County Jail on $10,000 bail.

In the course of investigating the incident, Martini said, police learned that two other area girls, ages 3 and 8, may have been molested by Silks.
