Three Huntington Beach men were arrested and $10,000 in stolen goods recovered after authorities foiled a break-in at a Fountain Valley storage facility, police said Thursday.

Investigators said the goods--stereo equipment, videocassette recorders, tools, cameras and cellular telephones--were stolen during break-ins in Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach since last December.

Fountain Valley Police Sgt. Dann Bean said police on Monday caught two men breaking into lockers at a Newhope Street storage facility and putting the stolen items into their own rented locker there. Bean said the men were cutting the locks on the storage lockers.

Police arrested Scott Anderson, 21, and Martin Calloway, 19, at the facility, Bean said. The pair shared their rented locker with Matthew Maynard, 22, who was arrested later at his home, where police found other stolen property, Bean said.

All three have been booked into Orange County Jail on suspicion of burglary and held on $25,000 bail, Bean said.
