Tom McKinley has been appointed director of operations for Viking Components, a Laguna Hills manufacturer of memory products for computers and laser printers. He will oversee warehouse and distribution, customer service and inventory control. Before joining Viking, McKinley was operations, inventory control and materials manager for Toshiba America Medical Systems.
