* A debate with Rep. Anthony C. Beilenson (D-Woodland Hills) and his GOP challenger, Richard Sybert, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Calabasas Inn, 23500 Park Sorrento. * The Woodland Hills Homeowners Organization will present a candidates forum at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Auditoriums A, B & C, 5601 De Soto Ave., Woodland Hills. Beilenson and Republican Richard Sybert--in addition to candidates for the 41st Assembly District--Democrat Sheila Kuehl and Republican Michael Meehan--are expected to attend. Admission is free.
