Students Illustrate Transit Alternatives

Share

Although too young to drive, many Ventura County youths are very concerned about traffic and smog from cars.

That’s the conclusion reached by the Ventura County Transportation Commission after receiving more than 2,500 entries in its annual contest asking students to illustrate “A Better Way to Go the Distance.”

An array of colorful entries reviewed by the commission show commuters skating, jogging or taking the bus to work.
