LISTENING, ST. LOUIS? If the Los Angeles Rams, who host the cross-freeway Raiders today (C1) think they have fair-weather fans, others agree. Bob Glauber, in his column for the Sporting News, has rated the fans of the 28 NFL teams, based on things such as loyalty during losing seasons and patience with struggling quarterbacks. . . . How did Rams fans rate? Dead last.

HAPPY DONKEY: The Republicans gave the opposition a good thumping in last week’s election, but Margie Rice, 65, was one Democrat who was too much for them. . . . Rice won twice , and was the top vote-getter in both elections. She captured a seat on the Westminster City Council and was reelected to a four-year term on the Midway City Sanitary District board. Both races were nonpartisan, but Rice was endorsed by the Democratic Party. Says Rice: “I don’t have a full-time job. I have plenty of time for these positions.”

NEWEST LURE: There’s a new fish in the sea of Southland country music stations, and Orange County’s KIKF-FM is thrilled to have landed him. Charlie Tuna, one of Los Angeles’ most popular deejays for 27 years, became its new morning drive voice this month. And some callers are gushing. . . . “Oh Charlie, I can’t believe I found you again,” one woman caller said last week. Tuna, a little embarrassed, says he’s been amazed at the response. “I still love doing this,” he says. “After all these years, this job is still like recess.”

INSIDE TRACK: Ronald Reagan’s announcement about his illness has spurred added interest in his presidential library in Simi Valley. Even before, a group from Golden West College in Huntington Beach had planned a visit for Saturday. They get a bonus too. . . . On board will be Wendy Weber, Golden West staffer who once worked for former First Lady Nancy Reagan. Says Weber, who will give inside accounts during the bus ride: “This is the 23rd group I’ve accompanied there and we’ve always had fun.”
