Kevin Davis has been appointed senior vice president of Ralphs Grocery Co. Davis will be responsible for all marketing functions of the company including sales, advertising, purchasing and merchandising. He assumes these responsibilities from Terry Peets, who will oversee the transition of the Ralphs/Food 4 Less merger. Davis was most recently senior vice president of sales and merchandising. The Los Angeles-based supermarket chain also appointed Frank Lazaran group vice president, sales and merchandising. He will report to Davis. Previously, Lazaran was assistant vice president of sales and advertising.
