OXNARD : 2 Held on Suspicion of Dealing Drugs
Two Oxnard residents have been arrested on suspicion of selling cocaine, methamphetamines and marijuana, police said Saturday.
Robin McElwain, 43, and Michael Gonzales, 27, were arrested at 11 p.m. Friday on Wooley Road at Rose Avenue in Oxnard during a stop for a traffic violation, authorities said.
After searching the vehicle, police officers found two pounds of marijuana and an unspecified quantity of the other two drugs, authorities said.
Both suspects were taken to Ventura County Jail where they were being held Saturday in lieu of $50,000 each.
