Company Town : Musical Chairs at Time Warner

Former top music industry lawyer Ina Meibach has become the latest senior Time Warner music executive to shift jobs as part of the continuing overhaul of the operation’s executive ranks.

The longtime music industry lawyer, whose clients have included U2, was named executive vice president of Warner Music-U.S., where she will work under newly named Chairman Doug Morris and President Mel Lewinter.

Earlier this year, Meibach left her law practice at Meibach Epstein & Regis to join Time Warner’s Atlantic Group unit, where she has been executive vice president and general counsel.

* Rene Vance was named marketing manager and Yvonne Fernandes was named affiliate relations manager for Turner Broadcasting System’s World Championship Wrestling.

* Alan Citron, Times assistant business editor in charge of entertainment coverage, is joining Ticketmaster in the newly created post of vice president, publications and media ventures.

* PolyGram Music Publishing named John Baldi vice president of A&R.; He previously was creative director.

* Prime Ticket Network named Patrick McClenahan vice president of programming and Bob Gold vice president of marketing and communications.

* Universal Pictures promoted Monika Skerbeles to vice president, creative and story department.

* Kevin McCormick signed a two-year producing and consulting deal with 20th Century Fox’s new untitled movie division headed by Laura Ziskin.
