World IN BRIEF : EGYPT : 2 Militants to Hang for September Attack
Two Muslim militants were sentenced to hang for an attack in September that killed two German tourists and two Egyptians in the Red Sea resort of Hurghada. A military court sentenced another 14 men, five of whom are on the run, to prison terms ranging from five to 15 years. The court was told that one of the two German tourists, who was wounded in the Sept. 27 rifle attack on a crowded marketplace, died after being flown back to Germany. That death brought to eight the number of foreigners killed by militant violence in Egypt.
