All American Gourmet Co.: H.J. Heinz Co. said it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Orange-based maker of Budget Gourmet products from Philip Morris Cos. Terms for the deal that was announced in October were not revealed, but Heinz officials had said earlier that the purchase price would be less than $200 million. Heinz officials were not available to comment on plans for All American Gourmet, which has 89 employees in Orange County and about 1,000 employees nationwide. The company operates plants in Atlanta and Clearfield, Utah.
