The owner of the trailer, Kent Schmidt of California Barricade Rentals in Santa Ana, is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the driver of the pickup, police said.

The driver fled east on Warner Avenue and then south onto the San Diego Freeway, police said.

Police said the suspect’s vehicle is a 1985 to 1990 Toyota 4x4 pickup, white with custom wheels, wide tires and a moderate lift.

The vehicle has no shell and sustained moderate damage to its right front and windshield.

There might be orange paint on the vehicle from the barricade trailer.
