New Year’s Events: The Anaheim Hilton is offering three choices to diners in a bid to lure New Year’s celebrants.

The biggest bash at the hotel will be in the Hilton’s northern Italian-style restaurant, Pavia, where a five-course dinner will be served, including a bottle of wine for every couple. It will be followed by dancing, and a champagne toast to 1995. Cost is $95 a person, including tax, tip and parking.

The second choice is the Hilton night club, Pulse, which is hosting a dance party. The $25 cover charge includes champagne, party favors and a continental breakfast at 1:30 a.m.

Those who simply want to dine and then celebrate the new year elsewhere can choose the hotel’s Hasting’s Grill, which is serving an a la carte menu. Rooms are also available at discount rates to accompany the packages.
