Maybe It Wasn’t Such a Bad Rap

Avondre Jones (Dec. 18) can claim his USC basketball career didn’t work out for a number of reasons, but the truth is that he just can’t play a lick. The reason he didn’t start or get much playing time last (season) was because he couldn’t score, rebound, pass or play defense.
If his manager is correct that “he’s just as good a rapper as he is a basketball player,” he better start looking for a third career.
