Police have arrested two South Bay men suspected of killing a 76-year-old Torrance man and dumping his body in the Angeles National Forest.
Anthony Jerome Naccari, 30, of Torrance and Derek Masaru Kikuyama, 30, of Gardena were arrested Jan. 21 in connection with the slaying of Myrl Fairman in his home in the 2200 block of Torrance Boulevard, police said.
Fairman was killed Jan. 11. His body was discovered two days later near La Canada Flintridge.
Kikuyama was arrested in his Gardena home. Naccari was arrested in Gardena after fleeing from a motel where he was hiding, Sgt. E.C. LaLonde said.
