Quakes Kill 4, Injure 10 in Taiwan and Cyprus

Earthquakes in two regions of the world killed at least four people Thursday.
A 5.2-magnitude quake hit Taiwan, killing two people and injuring 10 as rocks crashed through the roof of a bus on a mountain road.
The incident occurred in the scenic Taroko Gorge area near the east coast city of Hualien, not far from the epicenter.
Another 5.2-magnitude quake shook Cyprus and parts of Israel, killing two Cypriots and causing minor damage in the western part of the island, authorities said.
The victims were an elderly couple buried when part of their home collapsed.
