Jacobs Unit Wins $100-Million Contract: Constructors Inc., a subsidiary of Pasadena-based Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., said it will provide construction and project management, cost estimating and scheduling for Metra’s $100-million Chicago and North Western Passenger Terminal Rehabilitation project. In a news release, CRSS said construction is scheduled for completion in August, 1996. Separately, Jacobs’ CRSS Constructors Inc. unit signed a $5.3-million contract to provide construction management services to the Santa Ana Police Department for a new headquarters building. The company said construction has begun on the project, which is valued at $80 million. Completion is expected in April, 1996.
