Singer Luis Miguel continues his stranglehold on the Spanish market, with his perennial chart-topper “Segundo Romance” in its usual position, leading both The Times’ Southern California Latin album chart as well as the national Latin chart. What makes Miguel such a commercial powerhouse is that he has two Top 10 fixtures. His other long-running smash is “Romance”--No. 6 on Southern California chart and No. 9 nationally.
