* Roberta Weintraub, candidate for the Los Angeles City Council 5th District, will speak at a Studio City chapter of the Organization for Rehabilitation Through Training (ORT) luncheon meeting at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Glendale Federal Bank, 12191 Ventura Blvd., Studio City.
