L.L. Knickerbocker Co.: The Rancho Santa Margarita home shopping marketer said Thursday that it has signed a three-year agreement to market and distribute Tracker Corp. of America’s recovery service for lost and stolen articles.
Under terms of the deal, Knickerbocker will receive 800,000 shares of Tracker Corp. common stock, valued at about $2.2 million, plus about $250,000 in cash and sales commissions.
