CALABASAS : Pumpkin Festival Begins Logo Contest

The Calabasas Days Pumpkin Festival has launched its fourth annual logo contest, which carries a $200 prize for the winner.
Ideal entries will be unique and embrace the spirit of the festival, a nonprofit event held each year to benefit nonprofit organizations. Designs should be submitted to the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce, 23564 Calabasas Road, No. 101, Calabasas, 91302, no later than April 30.
The winning logo will adorn festival promotional materials and T-shirts.
Designs should be in black and white on 8 1/2-by-14 inch paper. Line art is preferred. The logo winner will be announced May 25.
The Pumpkin Festival will be held Oct. 21 and 22 at Paramount Ranch in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. For information, call Carol Amenta at the chamber, (818) 222-5680.
