KNBC-TV Names Bill Lord Vice President/News Director: Lord, who is currently news director of KIRO-TV in Seattle, will assume his position at KNBC the week of April 17, said KNBC President and General Manager Carole Black. Lord succeeds Mark Hoffman, who left the station in September following a series of disagreements with station executives and newsroom staffers.
